Somalia’s Foreign affairs minister meets with UAE Ambassador In Mogadishu
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia, Ambassador Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, welcomed the UAE Ambassador. Ahmad Juma Al Rumaithi, to his office in Mogadishu. The meeting, aimed at reinforcing the brotherly ties between Somalia and the United Arab Emirates, saw discussions on various strategies to enhance cooperation.
Ambassador Al Rumaithi conveyed a heartfelt congratulatory message from Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs, to Minister Fiqi, commending him on his new role and expressing best wishes for his future endeavors.
Both diplomats engaged in a comprehensive dialogue, exploring avenues for mutual cooperation and establishing a robust partnership. According to Somalia, The talks underscored the commitment of both nations to work closely in areas of shared interest and to support each other’s development goals.
