In an official decree released by the Somaliland presidency on Tuesday, President Muse Bihi has taken the decision to dismiss Ahmed Adan Jama, the Minister of Rural Development.
The decree did not specify the reasons behind the suspension but confirmed the appointment of Raabbi Abdi Mohamed as his successor, effective immediately.
