Egypt has announced plans to enhance its daily fuel supply to the Gaza Strip from 129,000 liters to 189,000 liters. This decision aligns with an agreement reached with the Israeli regime.
According to the head of Egypt’s State Information Service, Diaa Rashwan, Egypt remains dedicated to ensuring the seamless entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
He emphasized that, since the initiation of aid entry from the Egyptian side of the Rafah border crossing, a total of 4,057 trucks have crossed into the Gaza Strip, marking ongoing efforts to provide essential support to the region.
Reports on Wednesday revealed that relief aid trucks have already started traversing the Rafah border terminal to reach the Karem Abu Salem crossing since Tuesday.
