The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Cirro), today held an important meeting at the Presidential Palace with a delegation from the Republic of Djibouti, led by the Minister of Trade and Tourism, Hon. Mohamed Warsame Dirieh.
The meeting focused on strengthening the cooperation between the two brotherly nations, particularly in the areas of trade, tourism, cross-border movement, and shared development projects that serve the mutual interests of both countries.
President Cirro and the Minister held in-depth discussions on expanding and deepening the historic ties between Somaliland and Djibouti, especially in cultural, economic, and collaborative sectors.
President Abdirahman Cirro thanked the delegation for their visit and emphasized the importance of the two countries working together to enhance trade development and facilitate tourism in order to boost the economy and create job opportunities on both sides.
