The First Commander of the National Army of the Republic of Somaliland, Brigadier General Cabdirisaaq Siciid Bulaale, along with leadership from the Army’s General Command, officially concluded a training program for nine engineers who had previously graduated from universities in Ethiopia and had been abroad for six years.

These engineers underwent a one-year officer training course at the Abdillahi Askar Military Academy, from which they graduated today.

The Commander advised them to serve their nation with honesty and integrity. He also congratulated another group of officer cadets currently training at the Abdillahi Askar Academy, informing them that their graduation is approaching.
