Oppositions express content as Somaliland sets precedence on election

The self-declared independent Republic of Somaliland goes to poll to conducts its first parliamentary elections in 16 years.
From all indications, the country in the horn of Africa is demonstrating its ability to hold a competent, democratic and peaceful poll.
