Hargeisa General Hospital Issues Post Mortem Report on Dahable’s Passing
Hargeisa General Hospital has released an official post mortem report elucidating the circumstances surrounding the demise of Abdinasir Muse Dahable, an aviation professional affiliated with Somalia’s aviation authority and a Somaliland national, whose lifeless body was discovered in Mogadishu recently.
The Director General of the hospital, Abdirahman Mohamed Osman, confirmed the issuance of this post mortem report following a formal request from the deceased’s immediate family, now laid to rest in his hometown of Gabiley, Somaliland.
The report delineates that Abdinasir succumbed to strangulation, inflicted by unidentified individuals employing a substantial rope, resulting in oxygen deprivation and ultimately his demise.
Furthermore, the report notes additional injuries sustained by the deceased, including trauma to his testicles, complete loss of vision in one eye, and severe fractures to his right jaw. Additionally, the hospital highlighted that the refrigeration unit housing Abdinasir’s remains experienced a three-day power outage, resulting in noticeable physical changes to the body.
According to the hospital, This official documentation serves as the primary account detailing the circumstances surrounding the untimely passing of Abdinasir Muse Dahable, whose life ended tragically at his residence in Mogadishu. While Somalia police have apprehended nine individuals in connection to the incident, further details regarding his demise are yet to be disclosed by the federal government of Somalia.
